1. What is Warcraft 3 Reforged?

Our good old Warcraft 3, which has been published in 2002/2003 is reaching a new age and gets REMASTERED or let’s say REFORGED:

Warcraft 3 Reforged is build on a completely new foundation and allows the game to be playable nowadays. All of the graphics are getting reworked, including the Warcraft 3 Heros, Units, Buildings, Items and the Maps!

This is an incredible commitment to the game and even the game menu, settings and matchmaking system will be adopted. The great thing about Reforged is, that you do have the option to switch back and play with the basic old layout! 😉

2. What’s the Release Date of Warcraft 3 Reforged?

Blizzard announced on the Blizzcon 2019 that Warcraft 3 Reforged is getting released at the end of 2019 and that there will be a WC3 Reforged Beta version! When is the exact date, are there any new announcements? We will keep you updated with everything you need to know about the Warcraft 3 Reforged Beta Release:

Important: The latest Warcraft 3 Patch 1.31 has officially been the “last” big update before transmuting things into Reforged. Let’s prepare for great stuff coming to us!

3. How much does Warcraft 3 Reforged cost?

The standart Warcraft 3 Reforged licence costs 30 dollars the Spoils of War Edition is available for 40 dollars.

What is inside The Spoils of War Edition? Is it worth buying?

I bought it to support them and to get any extra goodie that I can get. Unfortunately it mainly gives you goodies for other blizzard games. The official content of the Spoils of War content is not yet released, but here are the infos I was able to gather:

• A few epic hero skins (multiplayer usage) for example Jaina on a horse as an archmage skin.
• A World of Warcraft Meat Wagon Mount.
• A set of more digital goodies for other Blizzard Games.

4. Warcraft 3 Reforged Beta Download – How to play Reforged?

5. WC3 Reforged: All Facts about the Beta

Beta Facts:

• The Warcraft 3 Reforged Beta will not contain all of the races.
• Undead will be probably the first playable race.
• Blizzards wants to collect and consume all the feedback to make the game percect!
• The Early Beta of WC3 Reforged will contain a few campaign missions as well as 1on1 maps with bots and maybe already multiplayer matches.

• Hotkeys will be finally available in the client menu!
• Blizzard is reproducing all cinematic trailers and videos!
• Say hello to Warcraft 3 Reforged Skins (Reforged has different Skins for Heroes even male and female).
• Warcraft Reforged will be in the Battle.net Launcher.
• Reforged is keeping the same game engine (WC3 Reforged players can play vs TFT players!)
• Reign of Chaos has been temporarily deactivated and is automatically updated to The Frozen Throne.
• Big ladder achievements & leveling updates.
• Obs will be available for e-Sport matches.
• Balancing: Exactly the same as TFT.
