Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Review PC

The Call of Duty franchise is successful for various reasons. Bringing innovations to the first-person-shooter-genre, the franchise has yielded 7 action-packed games, including Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 takes off where the second left off. With ultranationalist Makarov at large, and the Russian Federation’s declaration of war on the United States and several European countries, players must race to end this assault and track down Makarov. A regular run of campaign mode can last up to 5 hours, and thus is the shortest in the series. However, with about 20 alternate modes, players will still be left with a lot to do even after they beat the game. In Kill Confirmed mode, players collect dog tags from their killed enemies and gain points. As simple as this sounds, this mode can be challenging, and players must strategize if they want to succeed. In Special Ops, players can rank up and unlock new weapons along the way. The new feature, Weapon Proficiencies, allows the player to rank up and customize their weapons as well.

COD Assault, Support and Specialist

Players can also be rewarded for completing objectives and landing kills. These rewards are known as Strike Packages and come in three categories: Assault, Support, and Specialist.

With hours of competitive online gameplay, various modes, and spectacular set pieces, “Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3” is a must-have for both veterans and rookies of the series. Rating for this game comes to 87/100.
